Agile engineering methodologies including SOLID and LEAN principles, pair programming and unit testing underpin the entire project; it is enforced from the top down, with the CTO being a huge advocate for best practices and clean-cut code.
You'll have the opportunity to utilise the latest and greatest in opensource technologies (with no restrictions) and ultimately decide whether you would like to implement them within your team.
They’re looking for dedicated and passionate Java engineers with a polyglot mindset to aid this truly greenfield buildout.
Required Technology:
2+ years commercial Java
Personal Requirements
Strong hands-on engineering skills
2 years+ experience in any industry
Polyglot mindset – willingness to learn new technologies
Strong engineering mentality
Creative thinking and analytical skills
Experience with SOLID, TDD and XP
