Agile engineering methodologies including SOLID and LEAN principles, pair programming and unit testing underpin the entire project; it is enforced from the top down, with the CTO being a huge advocate for best practices and clean-cut code.
You'll have the opportunity to utilize the latest and greatest in open-source technologies (with no restrictions) and ultimately decide whether you would like to implement them within your team.

Required Technology:
7+ years of commercial Java
Personal Requirements
Strong hands-on engineering skills
7 years+ experience in any industry
