About The Role
A BlueChip FinTech in London is currently looking for the top, up and coming Java/AWS engineers in the City to build out a completely greenfield, fully cloud native digital bank.
Everything is completely greenfield using cutting-edge technology (Java v.11, AWS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, terraform, CI/CD) and requires someone who is going to be involved with the technical strategy as well from inception to production. The firm very much has the start-up culture mixed with very strong financial backing.
This is one of the highest funded FinTech business' in the City so compensation is extremely competitive.
Required:
2+ years Java development experience in an enterprise environment.
1+ year AWS experience in an enterprise environment
Strong Computer Science, Engineering (or a related subject) background.
Able to work in a modern software engineering environment, using Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools including Scrum, git and CI/CD.
