About The Role
I'm currently hiring for a brand-new challenger bank that has had one of the biggest launches in FinTech history, there’s a serious amount of funding behind the project with a series of greenfield products to be rolled out in the next few years.
You’ll be building out several external facing products completely from scratch - one of which is a digital challenger bank (their flagship product), where we have handpicked the best engineers from big tech firms (Apple, Google, Meta) as well as the original tech leads from their direct competitors (Monzo, Revolut) to help build this out.
My client prides themselves on championing a culture of continuous innovation, striving to use Opensource technologies in an entirely cloud-native stack, as well as fostering a great working environment, not only prioritising work-life balance with flexibility of remote working, but also giving their engineers technical autonomy in every project. Compensation is market-leading, going up to £200,000 total compensation (+ additional benefits), depending on the role.

Requirements:
2+ years of React development.
STEM background.
