About The Role
We’re currently working with a cutting edge FinTech startup who are massively backed by a number of the leading hedge funds in London. Providing ultra high performance API services to various FinTech clients around the world, they have a focus on being the fastest and most reliable trading marketplace in the industry.
They are currently looking for a very senior individual to build out their DevOps/SRE function from scratch. Acting as the Head of DevOps, you will eventually build a team around you as the firm scales. The candidate will be a very senior technologist who is comfortable working with Kubernetes and ideally has experience operating in an AWS-native environment. Previous programming experience is also desirable with an ability to cover the SRE function.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a modern development environment and build something completely from the ground-up, using a technology stack that includes C++, React, Rust, Golang, Kubernetes, Docker and AWS. Additionally, this is a remote-first opportunity offering fully remote capability and they are looking for exceptional individuals from all over the UK!
