About The Role
I am currently engaging with a fintech scale-up who are looking for Java engineers across a range of seniorities (from Software Developer, Tech Lead up to Engineering Manager) to work on a greenfield project in the digital fintech space. Their current customer-focused banking platform has won multiple awards for their speed to market, scalability and control. Their product has helped over 2 million customers revolutionize the way they live their lives in a global world.
You will be joining a team of high-caliber engineers who value building flawless experiences for our customers. This team will not fix legacy systems – this team will build world-class financial products and features for the current platform from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to use modern technology, take ownership of your work and be at the core of changing the financial landscape.
Required
3+ years’ experience with coding in Java in an enterprise environment
Strong educational background (ideally a Computer Science or Engineering degree)
Passion for solving problems and building things from scratch
Strong communication skills and an innovative mind
