About The Role
I am currently creating a brand-new arm/product of their firm which only initially came to conception around 6 months ago meaning the project is truly greenfield.
You'll be joining as a leader of the flagship core engineering group that is currently responsible for building out a modern Java system and owning the whole vertical stripe of the project. The role can range from 80 - 90 percent in hands-on engineering it is truly just down to the preference of the successful candidate. There is also scope to move into a future management position in the future as well if that is of interest. They want someone who can leverage their experience across Java, AWS and Spring boot to help build out this product which they believe will be a Market Leader within 3 years due to how far ahead of the curve they are, thus creating a potential monopoly within the market.
Required Technology:
10+ years of Java Experience
Personal Requirements
Strong hands-on engineering skills
10 years+ experience in any industry
Polyglot mindset – willingness to learn new technologies.
Strong understanding of design and architecture of systems.
