About The Role
A leading asset management firm, known to be the third-largest globally, is currently building out from scratch a brand-new Front Office Quant Research team. It’s an entirely greenfield project, hosted entirely on AWS. They’re looking for passionate and dedicated engineers to work building the platform that both Quants and Data Scientists rely on, as well as maintaining the platform through implementing infrastructure and architecture.
This is a completely greenfield project, looking for candidates who can influence the direction of the project. This client is offering a competitive salary, higher than the market standard, alongside other benefits such as healthcare, holidays, flexible and remote working.
Required:
Experience with an Object-Oriented Programming Language such as Python
Experience working in an AWS environment
Financial Industry experience is imperative
Great communication skills, as you’ll be facing off to the Quants and Data Scientists

Software Engineers with experience building applications in AWS
