I am hiring for an exclusive engineering team at one of the world’s most successful electronic trading firms, currently aggressively building out its London presence.

Role
You will be joining as an integral part of their global Delta 1 trading desk, working with quants and traders on a daily basis to design develop, test, and deploy analytics software at a large scale to inform their proprietary trading.

Requirements
No finance experience is necessary.
Extensive software development skills using Python, although other OOP languages are beneficial.
Tech-driven and tech-agnostic mindset.
Demonstrable experience of working in a collaborative environment, writing clean code, and following best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills.
