About The Role
A Trillion Dollar asset manager is looking for Lead UI Engineers (React and TypeScript) to join a highly specialized team that focuses on scaling up the trading systems by rewriting the entire User Interface to take on more users. This is an extremely unique opportunity to work on entirely greenfield projects. You will be joining a team of developers responsible for rebuilding existing applications from the ground up and creating completely new ones using modern technology and practices. The trading applications you will write are crucial to the company’s financial performance – although at the moment the applications are used by a relatively small but growing set of users, the decisions made through them are very large. You will be working to scale up the applications to take on more users and the software you will write will be used by the company on a global scale.
Required:
8+ years’ experience with coding with React and Typescript in an enterprise environment
Strong educational background (ideally a Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering degree)
User-interface design skills and an appreciation for visual direction.
Strong communication skills and an innovative mind
