About The Role
A Boutique Systematic Trading firm in London is looking to build a genuinely greenfield, ultra-low latency eFX platform, completely from scratch. My client is the first fund to build a greenfield platform of this nature in years, so this program of work is an incredibly unique opportunity.
The fund is looking for the top Java Engineers in the city to build out this specialist desk. They’re after engineers with a genuine passion for engaging with the business in front-office environments, including being involved in financial instrument pricing. This role is a huge learning opportunity for those looking to immerse themselves in low-latency engineering, as they will fully upskill candidates in this area and it requires no prior low-latency experience whatsoever.
Required:
2+ years Java Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong Computer Science, Engineering (or a related subject) background.
Able to work in a modern software engineering environment, using Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools including Scrum, git and CI/CD.
